Founding Partner 

Gyte sees himself as more of a businessman who happens to be a lawyer than a lawyer who happens to businessman. This gives him the ability to see legal problems through the perspective of his clients and offer them novel solutions in his preferred areas of practice: business and corporate law.

After graduating from the Ateneo Law School, Gyte worked as a Legal Associate for Suarez Narvasa Law Firm, General Counsel and Human Resources Manager for AVECS Corporation, Marketing Vice President for Ecosci Corporation, and Vice President for Operations of Lumina Healthcare Corporation, Founding Partner at BSB Law and Wissen Solomon, and he has over 12 years of experience as a licensed legal practitioner.  

In his spare time Gyte likes to drive slow cars fast over long distances. 

Founding Partner

After having obtained his Bachelor's degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2003, Rhuel obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Masters in Business Administration degrees from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2008 and 2013, respectively.

His public legal practice includes serving in the academe, legal counsel, membership in the Bids and Awards Committee, and as a court attorney in the judiciary.

His extensive private legal practice includes serving as in-house counsel for various corporations engaged in retail, logistics, manpower agency, security agency, trading, mining, insurance, and financing industries. As member of law firms, he also handled litigation and corporate services for clients engaged in information technology, healthcare, financial institutions, mining, construction and several other fields.

Outside his legal practice, he is a trained and educated automobile mechanic; and is adept in different programming languages such as PHP, Javascript, Kotlin, C++, and Solidity.

Managing Partner 

Leo graduated from the Ateneo Law School in 2007. After a two year stint with a Makati law firm, he honed his legal skills as a solo practitioner in labor relations, litigation, immigration, and trade law before joining the firm in 2020. Past and current legal work performed for the fields of medicine, healthcare, Business Process Outsourcing, mining, fuel, land development, housing, and  property management.  He is also a practicing customs broker and was Top Ten in the 1997 licensure examinations.

Associate Lawyer

Paula earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at the University of Santo Tomas, and obtained her Juris Doctor degree at San Beda College Alabang, School of Law. 

She had her internship at the Institute for Migration and Development Issues as a Policy Analyst, authoring several articles and policy briefs on international migration and development issues in the Philippines. 

She passed the 2020/21 Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2022. 

Paula previously worked in the Firm as a Paralegal for over 2 years. Prior to rejoining the Firm as an Associate Lawyer, she worked as a Court Decongestion Officer for over a year at the Regional Trial Court of Quezon City where she assisted in the drafting of court orders and decisions, among other court duties.

Her practice areas include litigation, corporate law, and labor law.

Associate Lawyer

 Hazel earned her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University in 2022, majoring in International Human Rights Law. Hazel specializes in corporate law, labor law, and intellectual property law, with significant experience in patent prosecution, infringement and licensing negotiations. Before rejoining the firm in January 2025, she worked at an intellectual property law firm based in Osaka, Japan, where she gained valuable international experience in IP matters.

Earlier in her career, Hazel worked with several human rights organizations both here and abroad, including the International Justice Mission (IJM), the International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children (ICMEC), Ateneo Human Rights Center (AHRC), and the Commission on Human Rights - Child Rights Center (CHR-CRC), focusing on child protection efforts, particularly combatting child sexual abuse, child trafficking and online sexual exploitation of children. Currently, Hazel is also a volunteer lawyer for the Malaya Lolas Organization, a group advocating for the rights of comfort women in Pampanga.

She recently completed the Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Route in Wakayama, walking for five days, marking one half of her dream of becoming a dual pilgrim. She also aspires to complete the Camino de Santiago, Patagonia W Trek, and the Tour du Mont Blanc before she turns 30.   

Associate Lawyer

Wayne obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from Ateneo De Manila University – School of Law in 2022 where he graduated with 2nd Honors, placing him in the top 25% of his batch. He also obtained a specialization in International Law and Development where he successfully completed all the requirements for the said track. He focuses on general corporate law, assisting clients with entity formation and navigating regulatory compliance across various government agencies. Wayne also has experience in litigation, representing clients before regular courts, quasi-judicial agencies, and Court of Appeals. This also includes conducting legal research and drafting pleadings for these cases.

Wayne also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from De La Salle University-Manila where he graduated Cum Laude. 

Wayne also interned with the Office of the Solicitor General where he attended hearings and drafted arguments for the Government. Likewise, he interned with the Supreme Court of the Philippines under the Office of Justice Rodil V. Zalameda where he became part of the writing and decision process in drafting new jurisprudence.  

Associate Lawyer

 Magi graduated from Ateneo Law School in 2022, under the General Corporate Law track. She took the September 2023 bar exams and passed the same year.

During her time in law school, Magi was a resident of the Ateneo Human Rights Center and served as a research assistant for the Ateneo Graduate Legal Studies Institute. She had her legal apprenticeship with the Humanitarian Legal Assistance Foundation.

Before pursuing law, Magi graduated from the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management in 2018. During her college years, she was an active advocate for women empowerment, safe spaces, and SOGIESC Equality, serving as a councilor and Gender Committee Head in the University Student Council in 2016. 

Associate Lawyer

Vienne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of the Philippines - Diliman where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2018.
She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines-College of Law in 2023. In the same year, she took and passed the bar exam. She was officially admitted to the Bar on December 22, 2023. During law school, she served as Labor Desk Head of the UP Paralegal Volunteers Organization. She is currently a member of the UP Women Lawyers’ Circle Inc.  

Associate Lawyer

 Vica holds a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University – School of Law where she graduated with Second Honors in 2023. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Financial Institutions degree from De La Salle University – Manila.

During law school, Vica was a member of the Ateneo Society of International Law and was an intern at the Ateneo Legal Services Center.
